The OP Consultation process in Lifetrenz is very flexible and can accommodate different consultation workflows followed at a Hospital. Incase a Hospital follows a workflow where in a Nurse or a Doctor's Assistant (junior consultant) sees a patient prior to the senior doctor consulting the patient, then such a workflow can be configured.
The system is configurable at the Physician-level to either feature such a Pre-consultation process or a direct consultation with the Physician. The system allows capture of patient complaints, history, allergies, home medication and vitals and presents this to the physician at the time of consult. This enables the physician to spend more quality time with the patient and also increases the number of patients a physician can consult effectively in a day. This one feature alone contributes to improving the consultation revenues of Hospitals, without compromising the quality of consultation or Patient Engagement levels.
